For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the return period is 14 days, calculated from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the final shipment.
If the deadline for the return period falls on a non-working day, the deadline is extended to the next working day (where applicable).

4. Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you for the returned goods; where required by applicable law, the refund will also include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery service selected at the time of purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs earlier.
Unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Return of Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days (inclusive) of notifying us of the cancellation, without undue delay.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the return is due to the goods being defective, damaged, sent in error, or not as described, or unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Return costs may be higher for furniture, oversized items, or goods requiring freight shipping. Please contact us before arranging return shipping so that we may provide appropriate return instructions.
6. Deductions from Refund Amount Due to Use or Damage
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
When returning furniture, please keep it unassembled whenever possible and include all parts, accessories, hardware, manuals, and original packaging.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including: goods made to customer specifications; personalized items; sealed goods that are unsuitable for return after unsealing due to health protection or hygiene reasons; goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; and other goods subject to exceptions permitted by applicable law.
8. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
